Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Local delivery times are estimated 5 days from order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You are solely responsible for any customs and taxes which are applied to your order. Any kind of fees/charges imposed during or after shipping including tariffs, taxes and so on are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages

Our site is not liable for any loss or product damage during shipping. If the damaged product is received, contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. You are expected to save the necessary packing materials and damaged goods before you file their claim

Returns Policy
